Appointments
We reserve your preferred appointment time exclusively for you, so your appointment time is just that, your appointment time. Same day appointments are available and emergencies are always seen promptly.

If you should need to change your appointment, please let us know at least two working days in advance. This allows us to fill the space with a patient who may have been waiting for a similar appointment.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. West End Smiles and Smyrna Smile Studio does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Payment Options
We strongly feel that patients should not neglect their dental health due to personal finances. In trying to help our patients in receiving the best dental care, we offer various payment options to suit your budget and make dental treatment acceptable. Prior to the commencement of treatment, fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you. These arrangements can be coordinated with you dental insurance.

Cash, personnel checks, and all major credit cards accepted, including third party financing (Care Credit) which is available upon patient request. Most major insurance and discount plans accepted and filed. Payment is expected at the time of service for the estimated or actual co-pays.
